Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to dumpster rentals and fill-material services provided by SantaDumpster, operated by Bonilla Cleanup Inc. ("we", "us"), and to the use of santadumpster.com and the phone and text number 516-666-8580.
Text messaging terms
Text messages are optional and separate from any order. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can book and be served without ever agreeing to texts; we confirm by phone or email instead.
Program: SantaDumpster order updates, sent by Bonilla Cleanup Inc. (doing business as SantaDumpster) from 516-666-8580.
What you receive: service messages about your own order only: booking confirmation, delivery confirmation with a photo of the placed container, rental-end reminder, pickup confirmation, payment link and receipt, and replies to questions you text us. No marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in: (1) when you book by phone at 516-666-8580, we tell you where our Privacy Policy (santadumpster.com/privacy) and these Terms (santadumpster.com/terms) are, then ask whether you want order updates by text; you are opted in only if you say yes. (2) You text START to 516-666-8580. If you text us first, we reply in that conversation. Our website does not collect consent to text messages. Placing an order, calling us, using our website or accepting these Terms does not by itself opt you in.
Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per order.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Text START to resubscribe.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Orders and pricing
A quote covers delivery, pickup, the stated number of rental days and the stated tonnage for the material named on the order. Extra days, tonnage above the included amount, special items (mattresses, tires, appliances, electronics), relocation, and dry runs are charged as listed on the quote. Weight is determined by the disposal facility's scale ticket, which we provide on request. Residential and first-time customers pay by card at booking; overage and fees are charged to the same card after pickup, with the ticket and photos on the receipt. Contractor accounts are billed on their agreed terms.
What may not go in a container
Hazardous waste, paint and solvents, oil and fuel, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs and wet concrete are never accepted. Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, stone, asphalt) go only in the sizes and to the fill line we specify. Loads must be level with the rim with nothing protruding; an overfilled or overweight container cannot be lifted and is treated as a dry run until corrected.
Placement and access
You are responsible for choosing a placement location on your property with adequate access and clearance, for any permit required by your municipality for street placement (we can obtain it for a fee where offered), and for keeping the container accessible on the scheduled pickup day. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns or underground utilities resulting from the weight of the container or truck at a placement location you chose.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation or a date change is free before the truck is dispatched. After dispatch, a dry-run fee applies. Rental extensions are charged per day at the rate on your quote.
Fill-material exchange
Listings on Send Me Dirt and Take My Dirt are requests to be matched, not guarantees of a match or a date. Material offered must be clean fill from residential work as declared by the offering party; our driver inspects before loading and may refuse any load. Material delivered is provided as-is, is not warranted for structural use, and quantities are approximate. We arrange every haul ourselves and do not give one party's name, phone number or address to the other.
