SantaDumpster is the roll-off dumpster rental and fill-material service of Bonilla Cleanup Inc. ("we", "us"), Long Island, New York. This policy explains what we collect when you visit santadumpster.com, call or text 516-666-8580, or book a service, and how we use it.
What we collect
Name, mobile phone number, email address, the delivery or pickup address, details of the material or service you request, photos you send us of a placement or a load, and the messages and calls you exchange with us. When you use the website we also receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To price, schedule, deliver, pick up and invoice your order; to arrange fill-material deliveries and pickups; to send the service messages you agreed to; to answer your questions; and to keep records required by law, including waste-tracking records.
Text messaging and your mobile number
Consent to receive text messages is given directly to Bonilla Cleanup Inc., doing business as SantaDumpster, and is used only by us to send the order updates you agreed to.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How you opt in: when you book by phone at 516-666-8580, we tell you where this policy (santadumpster.com/privacy) and our Terms (santadumpster.com/terms) are and then ask whether you want order updates by text; you are opted in only if you say yes. You can also text START to 516-666-8580. If you text us first, we reply in that conversation. Our website does not collect consent to text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase; declining never affects an order, and we confirm by phone or email instead.
Messages are order updates only: booking confirmation, delivery photo, rental-end reminder, pickup confirmation, payment link, receipt, and replies to your questions. Who we share information with
Only the service providers who help us run your order: the telephone and text-message provider that delivers our own calls and messages, our payment processor, our scheduling software, and disposal facilities that require a record of the load (address of origin and material, not your phone number). Each receives only what it needs. We share information with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. When we match a fill-material request, we arrange the haul ourselves and do not give your name, phone number or address to the other party.
Retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, warranty and regulatory purposes. Access is limited to staff who need it, and connections to this site are encrypted.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
